What is it?

This is a guided wellness session using comfortable infrared heat while you rest. Many people use infrared sauna sessions to support stress relief, recovery, and overall well-being—especially during high-stress seasons or after training.
  • Relaxation + nervous system “downshift” (great for tense, overworked weeks)

  • Post-workout recovery support (many people report less soreness and improved recovery)

  • Circulation + cardiovascular support (emerging research suggests potential benefits)

  • You’ll get settled comfortably and we’ll set session time/intensity based on your tolerance.

  • Most people spend the session resting—breathing, meditating, or just unplugging.

  • We’ll check in as needed and you can stop anytime.

What to Expect

Hydration & Comfort (Important!)

Heat sessions can increase sweating and raise dehydration risk. We recommend hydrating before/after, and ending the session immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseated, lightheaded, or unwell. 

Who should use extra caution (or skip)

Check with your healthcare provider first (or avoid) if you are:

  • Pregnant

  • Sick/feverish

  • Managing certain heart conditions, very high/low blood pressure, seizure disorders, or neurologic heat intolerance

  • Using alcohol around the time of sauna use (not recommended)

Clean, consistent, professional setup

We follow routine cleaning and disinfection best practices for client-contact surfaces between sessions to reduce cross-contamination risk.
