Clear Answers Start With the Right Labs
At GHRI, we use lab testing to reduce guesswork and identify patterns that explain why symptoms are happening—not just whether a value is “normal.” A well-built panel tells a story across systems (blood sugar, thyroid, inflammation, nutrients, cardiovascular risk, and more).
Why We Use Comprehensive Panels
It’s tempting to order “just a few markers” to save cost—but functional interpretation depends on patterns, not isolated values. Broader panels often provide more clinical value up front than piecing together fragmented testing over time.
GHRI Vital Panel
Our recommended baseline for most new patients.
This entry-level panel covers the fundamentals without overwhelming the patient or the budget, including:
-
Glucose regulation
-
Kidney function + electrolytes
-
Liver enzymes
-
Iron status
-
Full lipid panel
-
Core thyroid markers (TSH, Free T4, Free T3)
-
Inflammation markers (hs-CRP, ESR)
-
Essential nutrients (Vitamin D, calcium, magnesium)
-
Complete blood count (CBC)

GHRI Max Panel
Deeper metabolic + hormone + cardiovascular insight.
Max includes everything in Vital, plus markers that expand interpretive depth for concerns like fatigue, hormone imbalance, and metabolic dysfunction, such as:
-
Fasting insulin (insulin dynamics)
-
Homocysteine, Lp(a), ApoB (cardiovascular risk context)
-
Reverse T3 (thyroid conversion context)
-
DHEA-S, cortisol, estradiol, testosterone (hormone terrain)
-
B12, folate, RBC magnesium (nutrient status)
