2. Complete your intake forms
Before your first visit, you’ll fill out your health history, lifestyle questionnaires, and consent forms so we can begin seeing the bigger picture before you arrive.

3. Get a thorough baseline assessment
At your intake appointment, we review your story, perform baseline assessments such as body composition, vitals, and biofeedback, and identify the main patterns that may be affecting your energy, digestion, metabolism, stress response, and recovery.

4. Leave with a clear plan and ongoing support
You’ll receive a personalized Health Improvement Plan with practical next steps around nutrition, lifestyle, movement, stress support, and natural therapies when appropriate. Follow-up visits help us fine-tune the plan, track progress, and keep your care realistic, structured, and sustainable over time.
