What Re-Build Is
Re-Build is the phase where you stop “trying things” and start building capacity—consistently implementing your plan, tracking what’s working, and adjusting at the right times.
This membership gives you:

Structured follow-up (so progress doesn’t fade after a good week)

Ongoing coaching support (so real life doesn’t knock you off the plan)
-
ND checkpoints + labs at key milestones (so we refine intelligently, not randomly)
Who This Is For
Re-Build is a strong fit if you:

Already have a clear plan and want help implementing it consistently

Need accountability + troubleshooting (busy weeks, travel, stress, cravings, routines)
-
Want a system for course-correction instead of starting over every month
-
Prefer a predictable schedule with clear milestones over “as-needed” visits
Not a fit (yet) if you:

Haven’t completed your initial Review of Findings / plan creation

Want a one-time visit only (no follow-through support)
-
Aren’t ready to implement any lifestyle/food/routine changes (supplements only rarely moves the needle long term)

1) Health Coaching Visits (implementation + accountability)
Coaching focuses on:

routine building (sleep, meals, movement, stress tools)

“real life” troubleshooting (restaurants, travel, motivation dips)

food structure and habit tracking that matches your capacity

helping you simplify the plan so it’s doable, not perfect
2) ND Extended Consultations (clinical strategy + course-correction)
At your ND checkpoints we:

review progress, symptoms, adherence, and barriers
-
update your protocol based on response (what to keep, pause, or upgrade)
-
connect changes to your goals so the plan stays coherent and motivating
3) Labs Re-Draw + Trend Review (Month 3 and Month 6)
We re-draw labs at key milestones so we can:

verify you’re moving the right direction
-
catch “hidden stalls” early
-
adjust with confidence based on trends, not guesswork
4) Between-Visit Support

Unlimited secure messaging during your membership (for quick questions + stuck points)

10% discount on supplements and additional services while active

Pricing
$299/month for 6 months (6 monthly payments)
Your first payment is due at enrollment; billing continues monthly for the 6-month term.
What’s not included: Initial Review of Findings / plan creation (Re-Build begins after your plan is established). Due to the variability of cost, supplements and labs are billed separately.
