Join Our Team: Independent Practitioners 

Geauga Holistic Rehabilitation Institute (GHRI) is expanding our collaborative wellness hub in Chesterland, Ohio. We’re inviting aligned independent practitioners who want a professional home base, a strong client experience, and a supportive ecosystem while maintaining full autonomy over their own business.

We’re actively considering experienced, licensed providers in areas such as:

Who We’re Looking For

  • Chiropractor (DC) (holistic, patient-centered, rehab-minded)
  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT/MT)
  • Certified Wellness Coach
  • DPC partners (MD/NP) interested in co-locating as an anchor provider

This Is an Independent Contractor + Space Model (Not Employment)

You operate your own independent business—your own services, rates, scheduling policies, and clinical decision-making. Our relationship is designed to preserve contractor independence.

What We Provide
A high-quality clinic environment designed to help you grow:

  • Professional, furnished treatment/consult rooms (lighting, sound, linens, laundry bins, sharps, and restocking supplies)

  • Shared waiting area with amenities (electronic receptionist & beverage center) + consistent client experience standards

  • Utilities/Wi-Fi and amenities (printer/copy machine, locked storage, break room with fridge 

  • Baseline infection-prevention and cleaning standards consistent with outpatient expectations (hand hygiene, safe handling of surfaces/equipment, environmental cleaning).

  • Clinic-wide marketing collaboration (directory listing, themed campaigns, workshops/events), shared content engine (Blog, Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube)

  • EMR seat with scheduling, chart notes, forms, templates, and  HIPAA-compliant messaging


What We Expect From You

  • Active license/certification in good standing (as applicable) + professional liability insurance

  • Strong communication and professionalism (clients should feel safe, heard, and guided)

  • Dependable schedule commitment (we’ll build your room access around agreed blocks)

  • Willingness to collaborate ethically (warm handoffs, shared education, community events—no paid referrals)

  • Your preferred weekly availability (include any evenings/Saturday if possible)

Interview Process (2 Steps)

  1. Virtual interview (alignment, goals, schedule, logistics)

  2. In-person meeting at our office + hands-on / session-style demonstration (as appropriate for your discipline)
